Jeeper, every two years there are ALWAYS big arguments in the FS community over whether a new flightsim will come out. If you look deep in the archives of some FS sites, you will find similar statements about releases for older flightsims!(I've found ones for FS2004, 2002, and 2000!) Also, a few months ago, the microsoft FS team started doing worldwide polls on what people want to see in the next one so more than likely they will keep the 2 year tradition. This game is actually one of Microsoft's leading money-making products! I hope in the next release that there will be better scenery, better ATC, and also tiltrotor or VTOL capability. There are also a lot of smaller things that aren't really essential but would be nice to see to improve the realism more. But like I said before, I will do a lot of research into the next edition to find out if I will really get my money's worth. I have been happy with the last two so lets hope for the best in the coming months. (They usually announce a new one somewhere between March to June. The latest a flightsim has come out was with FS2002 coming out in November '03. All of the other ones have come out mid-summer or early fall. They always release them a few months prior to the title year.)

P.S. Nuggs, you do bring up a good point about the real ones! LOL!
