They are talking of an ESMS 4 yes. However, they are making/deciding on an interface to the game (which for those who are in the dark, the current ESMS does not have). It would be awesome if it happens, but don't hold your breath my friend. This league will be cold hard in the ground* before ESMS 4 comes out.
*Disclaimer - League may not die

That was a while ago Nugg... there maybe a newer version out already...
Not necessarily v.4, but they do ask for people to test v.3.31 on the board, and that's definately newer...

v3.31 would b very very VERY slight changes, like to how the match reports are worded and worked out and stuff, im just gonna concentrate on the current version and then when v4 comes out make a huge step up

I'm seeing if i can get hold of a copy and have a look...
Not necessarily going to use it, but i feel it's worth looking at at least. New positions on the pitch, etc... could help in the IRFL... or the NASL...
My teams have run 442N all season so far, MTL runs different formations (442D, 451N, etc...) and I'm testing formations to find a way of getting consistant results which aren't Sunnyville 10-2 Hornets (NOT a made up scoreline...)
I'm asking MTL to allow the Cods to try 4132P for the Phoenix Fire game in round 11... Whether we'll allow substitutions pre-decided by managers yet i don't know...
Oh, can i assume 442N ONLY for SCSF Champions League, or are personal formations to be allowed...?
PMing each IRFL manager i can here to ask if they want rosters so they can have a look and personalise Formations etc... if they want.... Most still run 442N, as mine do... Seems to have done well enough for the Hornets so far...
