* Live Bookmarks * Improved FastFind * Improved Security * Master Password * Software Update * Smaller Download IE6 don't have tabbed browsing, no built-in pop-up blockers, have trouble keeping up with technology (my page have trouble with IE), no "themes", no extensions. IE6 is a medieval frigate (full of holes).

I perfer it over IE6. (A little) Unless you bought Norton System Works or have a good firewall, you can get lots of spyware/tracking cookies. Wouldn't call IE6 medieval, I mean if you spend like 40 dollars if will practically be the same minus the themes (Which I haven't used yet) and tabbed browsing. So, you can download Mozilla for free or spend about 40 dollars American and fix IE.... P.S. IE has ActiveX tools which are normally a good thing, but I hear they can also be problematic...

the big pro over IE is that all those nasty popup scipts and other annoying things have been written for IE because it's the far most popular browser, and firefox/mozille 'ignores' those things. so when you click the wrong link, you won't have to clean up your whole computer because you have got some strange links on your desktop.

My friend has a labtop (old) and an older version of IE and it had been downloaded all kinds of things on to his computer. I'm working on cleaning it up this weekend. ;D An unupdated Spybot found 236 'things' on his computer. I can't wait to see what is on his registry...
