Phoenix Fire unable to seek revenge on the Navigators September 08, 2004
Half of the crowd in Sunnyville International Football Stadium moaned for the second time as the Navigators prevailed again this year.
After ninty-four minutes of fierce and heated battle between the two rivals, Tempest Island Navigators had beaten the Red Sun again by a score of 3-2. Many fans of the Red Sun were shouting and screaming insults at Quincy Kupper, the Red Sun's captain, and asking him why they had lost again.
"There are something seriously wrong with our beloved team because we cannot get anything back from the Navigators, and yet they literally 'raped' us again. This is very humiliating," Ruth Lesser, a fan of the Red Sun, ranted about her feelings toward the Red Sun after the match. "Quincy Kupper and Oliver Bamvis should get a check-up."
However, in the other half of the Stadium, it was a completely different atomsphere: fans cheering and dancing on their feet.
"This is great! We've beat them again!" Nolan Manton yelled after the referee signaled the end. "We have proven ourselves to be a competent team and nothing in TLRFL can stop us from taking the cup this year!"
